Through stakeholder meetings, we analyze the business problem and define the What, Who, and Why of the project. Analysis & Planning We dive deeper into the details, gathering valuable input from various sources and stakeholders. Our findings are mapped into a detailed affinity diagram, helping us accurately estimate timelines and define a clear roadmap. The deliverable of this phase is a detailed specifications document, serving as a reference throughout the project's lifecycle. Team Formation & Kickoff Based on our analysis, we assemble an optimized team of Engineers, Designers, and Managers, balancing maximum quality with lean efficiency. We establish communication channels, collaboration tools, and workflows, ensuring a smooth and transparent development process. Design Our Designers produce high-fidelity designs, aligning with the project's vision. Development Development follows an agile methodology, structured in distinct cycles. Each iteration prioritizes and refines tasks, assigns them based on estimations, and ensures that implemented features are reviewed by Senior Engineers and automated code quality tools. Our QA Engineers manually test each feature to ensure flawless execution. Before deployment, automated scripts verify that new features do not impact the existing system. Once all tests pass, the new code is released to production. At the end of each iteration, our Project Manager analyzes progress against the original plan and presents updates to the Client. This iterative cycle continues until the final version is delivered, meeting the highest quality standards, on time, and as expected.
